New cupcake: chocolate hazelnut!

For a while I’ve been trying to perfect a hazelnut/nutella style frosting that is both chocolaty and hazelnutty. Finally got it! It has a nice smooth chocolate taste with an accent of hazelnuts. I toast hazelnut pieces and sprinkle on top. Euros are definitely going to like this one.
