Oatmeal Cream Pie

These were always in my lunchbox. This is my made from scratch version of that classic treat. It consists of two soft oatmeal cookies with a light vanilla cream in between.

This instant classic is made by wrapping our chocolate chunk cookie dough around a DoubleStuff Oreo. The idea for this cookie came from one of our regular customers. Now available in 2 flavors!
